Nancy Mireles CNP

Nancy Mireles joined UCP of Central Florida in 2020. She is the current Senior Director of Development. Her non-profit career started in 2005 with the Central Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America. Nancy has over 15 years experience with development fundraising areas including; operating, endowment, and Major Gifts & Capital Projects.  Nancy has a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communicaitons & a minor degree/certificate with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, from UCF.  

Why I love UCP...
The kids! I love that we have created a "one-stop shop" for families to access the resources they need - education, therapy & additional support. And I love that, in my role, I get to connect the community (donors & volunteers) to our families & staff.
