The Real Estate Collection was founded in 2007 by Kari Fleck, guided by an underlying drive to deliver real estate services with integrity and passion. Since its inception, we have developed a reputation as one of Central and South Florida's most respected and recognized independently-owned full-service real estate brokerages.

We value teamwork, personal accountability, and client satisfaction above all else. Our team is dedicated to their customers’ best interests. We work hard to facilitate real estate transactions that exceed our customer’s expectations while also maintaining respect and support among industry partners like title companies, banks and financiers, trade professionals, other brokerages, and the communities we serve. We have a company-wide belief that giving back to the communities we serve is the right thing to do, with a long history of supporting local non-profits, community organizations, and government organizations. Hand-in-hand with that belief system is how we interact with and support one another.
