A transplant from New York City, Rosie brings 20+ years of nonprofit experience with a focus on board development, donor relations/retention and strategic planning. She worked for nat'l nonprofit organizations including Girl Scouts and the Assistance Fund. In these capacities she raised millions of dollars and developed multi-year plans to increase donor giving levels Her expertise extends into capital campaigns and new program development. She is a board member for Pride Live, an international organization focused on anti-bulling in the LGBTQ community. In her capacity for Shepherd’s Hope, Rosie has a strong focus on major gifts, donor cultivation and multi[1]tiered giving levels. Additionally, she oversees marketing, communications and public relations. She resides in Lake Mary, FL with her husband. She has two grown sons
