Hi, I’m Alicia, co-owner of Lignum Space Innovations, a property maintenance company helping property managers and realtors handle work orders, before /after listing repairs, turnovers, and property improvements.

My professional background began in bioinformatics, where I worked as an analyst and curator. That experience strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to solve complex problems—qualities I now use to coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with clients and contractors, and keep projects moving forward.

I believe exceptional service is built on clear communication, dependable follow-through, and genuine care for the people we serve. Outside of maintenance, I enjoy traveling, reading, exploring new places, and building genuine connections with others.
