Jessica Villegas is originally from the small town of Beaufort, South Carolina where she spent 21 years before relocating to Central Florida in 2001.
Jessica spent a 13-year career in the hospitality industry building teams, training and leading before she transitioned into the world of supply chain logistics. After 7-years of transforming teams, designing processes that generated millions of dollars in revenue, and improving efficiencies Jessica founded Hi-Lite Coaching + Consulting, a business dedicated to helping others discover their full potential. With her certification as an Academic Life Coach through CTEDU, Jessica is now professionally practicing and leading a team of 10 coaches with a mission to become a national household name in supporting youth, families, and the educational and professional institutions that support, employ and educate them.
