About Us
Grand Central Pizza Station is a local, veteran owned Pizza shop that offers NY, Detroit and Sicilian styles pizza.
We make our dough & sauce in house each day and we cold proof our dough for at least 24-48 hours. We also use the NY Watermaker which replicates the water from NYC which is what creates the incredible dough that we all know and love from NYC.
We use premium ingredients, including Grande Cheese that we hand shred in house each day. All veggies are fresh and hand cut including our pineapple.
We also offer a housemade Key Lime pie that is life changing!!
We also commissioned two art students from Olympia High School to create a mural in house and they also created Pizza Angel Wings that are ''Insta Worthy''!
