For Morgan, the decision to do Mexican food was tied to his family’s Mexican and Columbian roots (Alvaro Jimenez Father) and desire not to be just another typical Mexican restaurant.
“I was trying to do something that would set us apart,” he said. “I started doing some research looking at different cuisines for the Latin America area and found that some country has specific dishes that they’re known for. They all have their own little flair.”
Morgan and Misti based their menu on that flair. Although the menu includes Mexican flare, such as burritos, fajitas, Enchilada's, and Chimichanga's. We have House specialities from other countries and our main focus is on food and service. Some of our dishes such as Spanish paella, Fried whole snapper, and Picanha steak. Our menu should accommodate just about everyone.
