We help parents and caregivers of those with special needs learn to thrive in healthy, empowered and connected living. Jason and Kara Cannon are the co-founders of Abounding Health. As parents of a child with special needs, they fully support and love both of their children. However, they have faced unique challenges when trying to maintain their own personal physical, emotional, and spiritual health during this process. They have found ways to improve their overall health so that they can be the best caregivers possible, and they would love to share their knowledge with you.
