The West Orange Chamber of Commerce is seeking a full-time (hourly-pay) Administrative Assistant. This position will provide administrative and clerical support by handling tasks such as data entry, organization of files, greeting visitors, and event support. Primary Responsibilities and Duties · Greet walk-in guests and notify appropriate staff members · Opening mail, and logging of checks · Scanning Documents as requested · Send weekly email communications to members via MailChimp · Calendar
