Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide homeowners with honest assessments.
- Educate potential clients on roofing options, materials, and insurance claims.
- Close deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience in sales (roofing or construction preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and fieldwork.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
