Contract Management Paralegal

The Contract Management Paralegal is responsible for the consistent management of all Corporation contracts, amendments and legal documents, and liability insurance programs. This includes oversight of the contract management process, including database management, ensuring required insurance certificates are delivered in a timely manner as well as documenting renewal, expiration and assignment dates.

The Contract Management Paralegal's role in the contract management process requires close collaboration with various internal departments including clinical, operations, human resources, facilities and finance and independent legal consultants.
