The Mission Resort + Club has an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager at La Margarita Restaurant. This position assists the Director of Food and Beverage in all facets of food and beverage by supervising the work activities of dining room and kitchen staff and ensuring high levels of guest service and product satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience working in food and beverage, wine and liquor knowledge, fine dining experience, and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the dining room demands. If you have a natural talent for providing outstanding customer service to guests, this could be the job for you!
Overall, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day food and beverage operations throughout the resort to the highest standards. Having a flexible schedule is required.
