Attendance at or participation in WOCC meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WOCC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of all events and activities

Filming, photographing, recording, and broadcasting for public consumption anywhere within this or any of our events is allowed only at the discretion of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Media representatives must request permission to film, photograph, record, broadcast, post, and interview attendees at all West Orange Chamber of Commerce events. Unassigned media must present bylined articles from a recognized news organization for consideration. Ticket purchasing, press passes, or business cards from communications or media organizations are insufficient to establish eligibility. Press passes are available only to Chamber Members who can show evidence that their attendance is expected to result in coverage of the meeting or event in print, broadcast, or Internet media.
