Attendance at or participation in WOCC meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WOCC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of all events and activities.

Filming, photographing, recording, and/or broadcasting for public consumption of any kind anywhere within this, or at any of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce events is allowed only at the discretion of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Media representatives must request permission to interview, film, photograph, record, broadcast or post, and interview attendees of this, and at all events organized by the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Unassigned media must present bylined articles from a recognized news organization for consideration before any type of distribution. Ticket purchasing, press passes, or business cards from communications or media organizations are not sufficient to establish eligibility. Press passes are available only to West Orange Chamber Members who can show evidence that their attendance is expected to result in coverage of the meeting or event in print, broadcast, or Internet media.
